With bicycles as a profession - to varying degrees - for over twenty years, we’ve seen a lot of weird and wonderful things.
Tom studied with Purdue University in Indiana, USA as a Mechanical Engineer (Minor in Mechatronics) after Aircraft/Aeronautical studies in the North East, and following graduation, trained as a BikeFit Fitter at Lake (shoes) in Chicago while working as an Engineer in the Mid-West Automotive Industry. More recently biomechanically curious Tom represented arguably the best bicycle manufacturer in the world as part of their Design Engineering team.
While refusing to put the 20” down Tom can, perhaps through convenience, most often be seen riding the road bike scouting out country dream homes while pining after a new gravel bike on camping trips, but given the chance he’ll white knuckle down any MTB trail imagining what it must feel like to enduro-rail some corners.
